e•SOUNDS is a management and booking company working with female, LGBTQ+ and gender-expansive DJs and live electronic artists across international markets.
Driven by Unique Intuition
Francesco Magagni, a London based Italian, with electronic music pulsing through his veins. His passion for music, keen ear and unique ability to identify future artists is what led him to create e•SOUNDS.
Francesco’s intuition has been working its magic since he was 15 years old. Captivated and excited by the electronic music scene, he channels his music industry experience and energy into e•SOUNDS to deliver real business value to artists and brands

The approach is based on a combined management and booking model. We do not separate the two.
For developing artists, live opportunities are not independent of the work around them.
Bookings result from direction, positioning, music, releases and audience. Managing these elements together allows for a more coherent path forward.
The work is practical, with a focus on building careers over time rather than chasing short-term visibility.
Our Mission
Despite progress, the industry remains structurally uneven. Female and gender-expansive artists are still underrepresented and often not taken seriously at key stages of development. There is a significant gap between potential and opportunity. e·SOUNDS exists to fill that gap, supporting artists who may otherwise be overlooked.
Management and development
This includes defining both short-term and longer-term career direction. Not only what an artist wants to do, but how that translates into decisions around releases, performance format and market focus.
Artists are supported in deciding whether to prioritise DJing, live performance, or a combination of both, and in clearly positioning each. This can include decisions around aliases, visual identity and how different aspects of the project are communicated.
Release strategy is developed in line with this direction, including what material to release, in what format, and at what stage. This is supported by A&R input, reviewing existing tracks, identifying potential collaborators and shaping a coherent catalogue over time.
There is also a strong focus on business management. This includes contract negotiation, fee structures, budgeting and building sustainable revenue streams. The aim is to move from occasional income to a more consistent and viable career.
Guidance is provided on communication and public presence, including how artists present themselves across platforms, what to share, and how to align messaging with their overall positioning.
